I’m Jonathan Kutner, licensed by the State of Texas to help reduce your home's property taxes in Texas.

My twenty three years of experience ensure you will be well represented by my team of Texas based professionals. I'll be responsible for your results.

Our contingent fee is only 1% of your market value reduction. For example, if we reduce your home's market value by $50,000, we'll invoice $500. If there’s no reduction, there’s no fee.
